Please note: This property has a natural water supply via a well.. Tucked away in peaceful rural surroundings, Pilsbury Cottage welcomes you with an immediate sense of peace and warmth. As you step inside, the open-plan living area unfolds gently around you, the kind of space that encourages you to slow your pace and breathe a little deeper. Soft seating gathers around the glowing wood burner, where evenings seem to stretch a little longer. Light pours through the arch windows, warming the room and illuminating the rustic kitchen table, perfect for unhurried breakfasts or late-night chats over a bottle of local wine.  
  
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, from the electric oven and hob to the microwave and washer/dryer. Wander upstairs and you’ll find the master bedroom, where a king-size bed sits beneath a Velux window, drift off beneath the stars and wake to soft morning light. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and there is bathroom with walk in shower and heated towel radiator.   
  
Step outside and the quiet continues. At the back, private parking for two cars makes arriving and unpacking easy while at the front, an enclosed garden invites you to sip your morning coffee in the fresh air or enjoy a peaceful moment at dusk. A short drive brings you to the stunning East Devon coastline, Seaton’s calm shores, Lyme Regis’s historic harbour and the dramatic beauty of the Jurassic Coast, where fossil-lined beaches meet sweeping cliffside paths.
