A few metres down the road you will find a footpath with direct access to the mountain with many hiking trails to the east towards Sweden. Not only fishing trips and hikes are on the programme here, but also beautiful cultural experiences. Travel to Røros, the UNESCO World Heritage-listed mountain town. As one of the oldest towns with wooden buildings in Europe, this place is ideal for adventure-seekers. Get a taste of charming village life in Haltdalen and other mountain villages.

Das Ferienhaus war für unsere Zwecke gut geeignet. Es ist gemütlich und überwiegend zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einiges haben wir vermisst, z.B. entsprechend helle Lampen zum Lesen, einen Haartrockner und ein bequemes Bett. Für zwei Erwachsene ist es recht schmal und knarzt bei jeder Drehung. Ein wenig sauberer hätte es auch sein können. Alles in allem hat es uns aber gefallen.
