  • A contemporary townhouse ideal for a family of four in the popular town of Holt, ideally situated for exploring the Norfolk coast and countryside. A sunny courtyard garden provides the perfect spot for al fresco dining, a bedroom with a fold-out child’s bed, and a playpark just a short walk away makes this retreat family friendly.

    Cook up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen which has plenty of storage and surface space. Enjoy eating together around the small table in the kitchen, or head through to the conservatory which houses a further table and chairs. Afterwards, get cosy in the lounge which has comfortable seating and a TV. A cloakroom WC completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find two spacious double bedrooms with storage, and a family bathroom. You will also find a small third bedroom which has a fold-out bed, ideal for the little one. Outside, through the door from the conservatory is an enclosed garden with benches and a BBQ. The owners have also provided a range of books and games for you to enjoy.

    The Georgian town of Holt has a range of cafes, pubs, and restaurants, all within 0.5 miles of the property. Spend days out at the wonderful Holt Country Park (0.5 miles), brimming with woodland trails and glades. Head to the popular seaside resorts of Sheringham (7 miles) and Cromer (10 miles) and enjoy soaking up the sun on the sandy beaches or exploring the bustling promenades.

No interaction with property manager, whoever that might be, wanted to leave that answer blank but system would not let me.Property would benefit from information on how to operate things in the property eg heating, television, cooker etc However, very clean and good condition of furniture and fittings
