We had small kids that needed to nap and go back and forth to the house so this allowed our two families to spend more time at the beach and less time hauling them back and forth. The house itself is decent. It's pretty bare bones compared to other rentals in the area and other houses we've had in the past. And the beds are terribly uncomfortable. But again, for the location itself there is a lot of value. But if you plan to hang out inside the house or don't need to be close to the beach there are probably better spots. ##### Ricky S.
