Recently Renovated. Welcome to our vacation home, “Almost Heaven”! We believe you will agree with our name once you visit this gem on Anna Maria Island! Our recently completely renovated 3BR/2BA ocean-view condo is in the heart of Anna Maria Island. With private beach access, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, a private balcony, and one of the largest heated pools on Anna Maria, you will love all that Almost Heaven and Gulf Place has to offer. Gulf Place is a small, thoughtfully designed, and carefully maintained condo complex that offers guests a beach vacation to remember. There is an on-site manager to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable stay. Our spacious end unit was completely updated at the beginning of 2024 to provide all the modern comforts in a relaxed beach atmosphere. There are views of the Gulf from the spacious living room and private balcony. Our unit’s balcony is ideally located in the most shaded and breezy location of the entire complex. Enjoy views of the Gulf over the heated pool in shaded comfort, or take a stroll down the stairs from your porch to the pool and private deck overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of Florida’s Gulf Coast. From the private deck, you can access the white, sugary beaches of Anna Maria Island, where you can walk for miles, take a swim, look for dolphins, or search for seashells. If your timing is right, you may even see a nesting or hatching sea turtle. Our 3BR/2BA condo is one of the most spacious on the island. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, television, closet, and a private bathroom with a shower. One guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television, and closet, while the second bedroom has a closet and a queen-sized bed with a twin bunk bed, allowing couples or children to enjoy this great layout. The guest bedrooms share a newly renovated guest bath with a tub. Note that we have a 6-person maximum occupancy (including children), which is strictly enforced. The newly remodeled living room is spacious and furnished with comfort being the top priority! Enjoy watching your favorite show on the large screen TV from one of the comfortable reclining sofas or have your dinner on the large dining room table while watching the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. We have even supplied games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy! Free Wi-fi is also included! As an end unit, our living room and all the bedrooms enjoy views of the beautiful outdoors. The bedrooms, guest bath, and living room were completely updated. The condo is completely furnished with all the amenities you would expect to have an enjoyable stay for a week or months. A fully updated and equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, extra refrigerator, linens, towels, and beach chairs are provided! Just pack your beachwear and sunglasses, and we will take care of the rest! Almost Heaven is ideally located in Holmes Beach, the heart of Anna Maria Island. There is private parking if you bring a car, but why bother as Anna Maria has a free trolley and other free transportation services that stop right outside. Although many shops, restaurants, and pubs are within walking distance, you can visit all that Anna Maria’s 7 miles of beaches have to offer with these free services! Our lovely island has a variety of food choices and many cuisines to suit any taste., from cafes and pubs to fine dining. Many local restaurants and nightspots offer live music nightly. Our favorite being the Freckled Fin Irish Pub, within walking distance. Truly, there is something for everyone! We are dedicated to you having a wonderful vacation. We live less than a mile away, and as premier VRBO hosts, we will ensure that your stay at “Almost Heaven” exceeds your expectations! You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. City of Holmes Beach Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in fines and/or eviction without refund. Maximum occupancy is 6 people (infants and children are people too), 2 vehicles on site, and a 7-night minimum stay (Saturday check-in/out unless otherwise agreed upon). The reserved parking is right beside the unit, the pool is heated, the beach is amazing, and the unit has everything you can possibly think of for a beach trip. We had to switch rentals the week before we were supposed to go on this beach trip and Gy was super helpful with answering any questions my family had. The unit was spotless, the kitchen and extra fridge were superb as well too. I’d have to say getting to watch the sunsets off the private deck on the back of the property was something my kids and I throughly enjoyed. The walk from the unit to setting up our beach tent was also super short. All in all my family cannot wait to go back next year! ##### Keaton S. AMI is a great place to relax and Gy makes sure you have nothing to worry about it when he shares his home. We had a relaxaing vacation and enjoyed everything. The condo was spacious, spotless and well appointed. Lovely pool and tennis/pickleball court. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Gulf Place is a beautifully kept condo complex with very helpful staff. The owners were easy to contact but really we had no occasion as the whole two weeks were nothing but enjoyable and seamless. The unit itself is incredibly well appointed - beach supplies, kitchen gadgets, coolers, tennis/pickle ball supplies, etc. Every thing was at our finger tips to start enjoying vacation and the space immediately. The unit was clean and laid out great for us!The broader complex offers pickleball, a pool, and amazing access to the beach just steps away. Gy was easy to work with, check-in was seamless. This condo is beautiful, right on the beach! It made it really easy to go back and forth from condo to beach with small children. Laundry in unit was a huge plus as well. Location was great. Close to restaurants/shops. Thank you Yatros family for sharing this condo with us , we did a toast to Irma on the balcony! It was spotless when we arrived, and was the perfect size for our party of 4 adults + 2 children. We loved the heated pool and easy access to the beach, both of which are literally steps from the condo. The kitchen was the most well-stocked rental kitchen I have ever stayed in! The neighbors were polite and friendly. All communication with the host was seamless with quick responses to any questions. The check-in process was clear. The location was wonderful and the condo was as advertised. Plenty of room to spread out, very clean, great storage space, great kitchen stock and supplies, loved having laundry capabilities right there. Having the pool and beach so close made it easy for quick trips back to the condo for snacks and breaks. We used the shaded deck area every day. Super easy to unload from the car to the front door just steps away. Owner was prompt with all communication and quick to respond to questions. Very friendly and you can tell they care about their condo and take great care of it. Property manager gave us referral suggestions for boat excursion company and we had a great time that day! The unit was well appointed. No need to bring your own chairs, and there were plenty of beach towels, floats, etc. - all kept nicely in a storage unit appointed to the condo. While we did bring our own umbrellas, one of those is available as well. The washer and dryer were in great shape, the beds were both comfortable and spotless, and the bathrooms were clean and up-to-date. The pool was immaculate and the property was very well-kept. We enjoyed sitting on the well-appointed viewing deck first thing in the morning with our coffee and again while viewing sunsets at night. As far as parking, our assigned parking spot was the closest to the unit - literally maybe 12 feet to the front door. The unit was "easy in, easy out" as far as move in and move out days. Gulf Place truly offers a family environment. We met many other families during our stay, some of whom knew the original owner of our condo (you can read up on the "Mayor of Gulf Place" during your stay.) Gy, the current owner and "Mayor's" son, checked in with us mid-stay, even though he was on his own vacation. We would definitely choose this condo all over again! ##### Annette G.
