Luxurious 3-Bedroom Gulf Front Condo Retreat. Experience the epitome of comfort and relaxation in this beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf Front condominium. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a fresh, stylishly appointed unit, perfectly suited to accommodate you and your guests for an unforgettable vacation. The spacious living room, featuring stunning Gulf views, flows seamlessly into the dining area, ideal for sharing meals with loved ones. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to prepare a hearty meal. Down the hall is the laundry closet with a full washer and dryer. You will come to the first room which sleeps 2 in two twin beds. A little further down is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The primary suite sleeps 2 in a King sized bed. The connected bathroom offers a walk-in shower and lots of space to get ready. Last but not least, the Queen room sleeps 2 comfortably. This condo accommodates 6 guests total. Gulf Place Condos has a lot to offer for a smaller complex. In the heart of the complex lies the heated community pool. Just off the pool is a deck with seating that overlooks the Gulf with access to the beach. The complex has its own tennis courts and is on the Trolley route for free transportation to all Anna Maria Island has to offer, including the historic village which is filled with interesting shops and restaurants and is the home of the Island Players as well as the Anna Maria Historical Society Museum. \*Condo Association rules: Overnight occupancy can be no more than 6 and this is strictly enforced. Gulf Place is our perfect getaway. It is quiet with the friendliest neighbors vacationing in other units. The view is the best whether it is sunny or rainy outside. We love our walks into the town and on the beach. \*\*I would recommend that you have someone clean out the driers with the extra lint that is inside from the towels and beach towels. The condo was as advertised. Very clean, with what appeared to be new appliances. The bedding was nice and very comfortable. Beach chairs and towels were provided, which is nice. The pool and the srea it was first rate. The only negative thing was the failure of our A/C while we outf for the day and returning to a 85 degree condo. I contacted the property manager who promptly responded. When I reported our A/C issue, I was told it was too late to get a service person to fix the problem. I explained that three of us, myself included, had diagnosed heart conditions and the heat posed a risk to each of us. The manager explained that the maintenance services are contracted to a specific company and they do not respond after hours, no matter what. She was very sympathetic, but said there was nothing she could, but the property's policy would be a refund of each day the A/C didn't work. After leaving early the next morning , we were contacted midafternoon that the issue was resolved. There no issues the rest of our visit. ##### Gerald G. We had one very minor issue and management handled very quickly. I will absolutely stay here again. It came with beach chairs and an umbrella - although that was not promised.
