Expansive Views, Walk to Beach and Grocer, Anna Maria Island Vacation Rental

Enjoy quiet sunsets from your private screened balcony at this two bedroom two bathroom third floor condo with preserve views. The large kitchen with breakfast bar is well stocked with everything you would need for preparing small meals to family dinners. The living room is furnished with a flat screen, and dining table with seating for six. The living room also opens out to the balcony through large sliding glass doors and furnished with a small table and chairs. Back inside to the first of the two bedrooms is a guest bedroom furnished with two twin-size beds and TV. This room also opens out to the balcony through large glass sliding doors. The guest bathroom has a large vanity and tub/shower combo. Continuing on to the spacious master suite furnished with a king-size bed, TV, and has a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a large vanity and shower.

The community offers a heated pool open year round and is centrally located just minutes walking distance to a grocery store, shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach. Anna Maria Island and the surrounding area has an extensive number of options when it comes to fun in the sun and water sports. From renting a boat, fishing, or relaxing at one of the beach front restaurants, Anna Maria Island has a lot of island life to experience.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 week minimum reservation required and Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Association application and approval needed prior to reservation acceptance.

Property was as described although the cleaning could of been better. We found stale food on the floor, the bedding was disgusting, dirty and had to washed due to the amount of stains on it. There were lot's of towels and bedding of which we were grateful for but the amount of these combined with things that other renters and owners belongings left in cupboards we literally had nowhere to store our food and clothing. The pans were dirty and need replacing but most of all instructions on how to use the appliances. We had to go and buy a kettle as it was listed as provided but there wasn't one. We reached out to the management company and explained at how disappointed we were with some aspects and because we had UK phones we were unable to call them. We asked them to call us but we are still waiting. Once we moved some bits around we managed to store some of our belongings but still had to use the spare room to put the cases on to use as storage. Good job our daughter wasn't with us as she would of been unable to use the other room due to lack of space. Also there were bits of wood and trim just lying around. It has lot's of mod cons but you can only either have the lamps or chargers plugged in that they provide in the bedrooms. Lastly do not expect any kind of beach chairs or umbrellas. The property is a lovely place just a bit better care and attention and perhaps a better management company.

Good location

The unit itself was very nice. The only issue I had with the unit was that it wasn’t totally clean. The bed wasn’t made, the sheets and towels were thrown on the bed. Both bathrooms had towels on the floor and hanging on the hooks. This must have been a communication issue with the cleaning crew. However, I did receive a call from the manager and we worked on an agreement on the cleaning fee . Otherwise, the unit was very nice and fully equipped.

Awful Property Management

Our family stayed here for spring break and we purposely rented the property because it had a pool. However, the pool was closed the entire week! We contacted the property manager who did absolutely nothing and did not even follow up on the status. Also, it is a bit of a far walk to the beach and not really close as advertised in the listing.

We really enjoyed our stay here - not only because we got engaged!!! But the condo was very nice and clean and we would definitely stay here again! The heat advisory made it feel a bit warm inside having to keep the thermostat at 73 degrees but overall we truly enjoyed our stay here!

Very nice place and good location.

We were 2 couples, each couple had one room and one bathroom. One couple had to sleep in single beds but okay for a week. The place is well maintained and clean. Short walk to the free trolley and to the Publix which has everything you need.. Kitchen has everything you need but no barbecue available. Short distance walk to the beach. A large cooler on wheels was available which we used to bring a lunch and drinks to the beach. We would of liked to have 4 beach chairs to bring to the beach with us but they had beach towels. Balconey is very nice. Air conditioner works well. A few staircases to get to appartement but no problem for us. Quiet building and neighborhood.

Wonderful location . Very nice place . Condo pool excellent. Only negatives the 3rd floor steps are tough no elevator. None of the 3 tvs work right. That was frustrating . For the most part I would recommend it and we would stay their again.. The steps did give us all a much needed work out.

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything was perfect… especially loved the kitchen, counter island & living room. Couches super comfortable. Perfect layout with lots of room. All great but...

Need to change listing to say that there are 3 flights of steps with no elevator. For people with back problems or other issues, this is a problem that could be a problem. Should say there is no elevator. Also, sheets in master bedroom were dirty. New mattress is definitely needed. All great besides that.
