The villa is spacious and all bedrooms are of a high standard. The garden and pool were lovely for relaxing in. The home is a short walk from the Trolley stop so you can get about the island easy without using the car if you want a beer. The house had a good selection of beach and pool accessories with a pull trolley to cart them to the beach which is a short walk away. Kitchen was well stocked and there is plenty of seating. Comfortable living space and good laundry facilities. We would be happy to book this home again. Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals were great to deal with - super responsive and great communication. Great location to all shops and restaurants, especially because we rented a golf cart! Short walk to beach, short drive to other beach accesses. The only downside was that the outdoor areas were a bit dirty. We spent an hour or so picking up dead palm branches, hosing down the windows, patio, pool area, tables and chairs. The backyard and kitchen areas were perfect! I lvoed that the backyard and pool had a fence between them. It was great with a young one. We also loved the outdoor space because it was covered from the sun and had ample seating area. We had a couple questions about things when we arrived and the rental property was quick to respond to our needs. Would stay here again! The location is also fantastic. The owners of the house, although do you need to update the mattresses in the beds, and they were caving in in some areas where people have slap the pillows when she took off the pillowcases were stained so they really need to update their pillows as well or put pillow protectors on them that might do it but everything else was perfect. The pool area loved that and we would definitely stay here again just a thought for the owners to always update mattresses so your guests are comfortable ##### Sally W. Endless Summer is a charming one-story home that fit our big family beautifully. The gorgeous blue heated swimming pool was the best part. Our granddaughters happily swam for hours. We requested the heat on the pool and it was perfect. We had a little glitch with the heat one day and they sent someone to fix it immediately. The fence around the pool also was wonderful, so that we could have extra peace of mind about helping keep the kids from running into the pool. The beach also was just two blocks away and we could walk to so many great restaurants. Lovely family memories in a lovely house! ##### Ann R S K. We stayed in the house with our two adult daughters, son in law and granddaughter for 10 days and enjoyed it very much. For a family it hit just the right note for a beach house; a cool, clean space that worked well without being too precious. The fenced pool was really valuable with a two-year old in the group. It would be hard to improve this house for a relaxed stay very close to a perfect family beach but some improvements to the equipment (radio, pots and pans, etc.) would be welcome. Serious cooks need some better equipment but not everyone wants to cook on vacation - although we do!
