An outdoor kitchen with a full-size grill, refrigerator, sink, and flat-screen TV. A rooftop observation deck with unobstructed views from the Gulf of Mexico to the Intracoastal Waterway. And not a neighbor in sight from the water — because Absolutely Perfect sits at the end of a quiet dead-end street in Holmes Beach, where the only thing between you and the Gulf is your own stretch of sand. This is what a Gulf-front home on Anna Maria Island is supposed to feel like. The main living level opens onto the beach through floor-to-ceiling glass, with a gourmet kitchen featuring marble countertops and upscale appliances at the center. Clear glass railings on both the living room deck and the upper-level deck mean your Gulf view is never interrupted — whether you're cooking, eating, or simply watching the light change over the water. Sunsets are visible from virtually every room. Four bedrooms sleep eight comfortably. The first-level master has a queen bed and its own bath. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, and two additional bedrooms each have queen beds. Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The master bath features a soaking tub, double vessel sinks, and a walk-in shower with a rain head and four body sprays. Travertine marble floors, crown molding, tray ceilings, and exceptional wood trim and doors run throughout — the kind of finishes that photograph well and feel even better in person. When the beach day ends, the fun doesn't have to. The ground-level media room has a pool table and a panel of sliding doors that open directly onto the private beach — so game night happens with the sound of the Gulf in the background. A single-car garage, full-size laundry room, and generous walk-in closets throughout mean the practical side of a week-long stay is handled. The elevator connects you to the main level quickly, and it's worth knowing in advance if you're traveling with very young children or guests with mobility needs. Absolutely Perfect sleeps 8, requires a one-week minimum stay, and allows parking for up to four cars. The family (children and grandchildren) loved the house amenities. For example, the balconies overlooking the beach also provided a spectacular sunset view. The elevator greatly assisted with the luggage and minimizing the physical effort for my wife to travel between floors. The swimming pool was perfect for both the children and grandchildren. My wife enjoyed the pool benefits due to the easy access to the pool. The kitchen appliances performed perfectly. The BBQ grill and nearby cooler was embraced by the adults. I personally, was up at 5am each morning to enjoy the moonlight view of the beach and harmony of the surf below the starlight. The location was perfect, literally steps from the beach and still close to restaurants and shops. We loved watching the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean from the kitchen. The owners thought of everything, from beach chairs to umbrellas. The beach was private and not crowded. The pool area was wonderful. We grilled and enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and privacy. It was truly one of our best family vacations. There was something for everyone in our group including our 73 year old mom, 13 and 8 year old daughters. Just perfect. This is the second time we have stayed here. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Walk out the door and you're at the beach! Plenty of beach chairs for everyone to use. The house is on quiet street and the section of beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. The outdoor kitchen area by the pool is a perfect spot to end the day while grilling or enjoying a dip in the pool. We had a fabulous family vacation and look forward to returning. ##### Kristina P. The home exceeded all of our expectations. It was perfectly situated on the beaches. You can walk out the door onto the beach or view the beach and sunset from the multiple home levels, including the roof top peak. Home had a private heated pool. Contained lots of beach/pool toys, beach chairs, games, puzzles, books, playstation, and other fun things. Home even had its own elevator to access its three floors. Easy walking access to the grocery store (0.25 miles) and markets and nearby restaurants. The rental agency was very friendly and easy to deal with and quick to respond to the few questions we had. We most definitely would rent this home again and hope to next year! ##### John L. Well maintained and well stocked kitchen; beds were comfortable with quality linens. The extra king bed and living space in the bottom floor made it even more perfect for our growing family than we had even expected by the VRBO description. The private pool was a great afternoon escape from the heat of the beach, making it perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter. The property is definitely aptly named - Absolutely Perfect! This house has a fantastic location in a really cute neighborhood on a wonderful beach. As stated in the property description, everything possible is available that made our stay absolutely perfect. Séjour de 7 nuits en mai 2018 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### John O. 22 mai 2018 #### Could also call it "Just What We Needed" This property enabled 9 of us to occupy 5 rooms for the week and not be in each other's way. (1 room is technically not a bedroom, because it incorporates the way to the pool area, but the bed and amenities were quite spaceous and nice) The elevator was handy for one of our physically challenged members, The outdoor covered kitchen/grill and counter area by the pool was great for entertaining and preparing some of the meals. The garage alternatively served to take a car out of the 3 car driveway when needed and also secured some rented kayaks for a few days. The zone air conditioning was very helpful. Location on the island made it extremely easy to get to the Publix/CVS/Walgreens Plaza as well as hopping on Gulf Drive and the Manatee Causeway. We had a couple of small issues with electrical/mechanical things and Island Vacation Properties was on the scene by the following day. Note that two of the bedrooms are smaller and there is no bathroom on the ground floor, but we adjusted relatively well. The closeness of the beach enabled a sea turtle to lay her eggs within 50 yards of where we slept and the ensuing visits of the Turtle Patrol made us feel like we were part of the action. The whole beach was laid out before us. Overall, a great vacation at this property. ##### John O.
