Arrive, unload your car in a secured garage - and enjoy an elegant, extremely clean, and beautifully designed home. This home was designed to be energy efficient with a heat reflecting metal roof, hurricane proof, double glass windows, shade for beach side windows, closed cell foam insulation, energy star appliances, and high seer rated HVAC.
