The public beach access is a short stroll away on Durham Ave, but on your way you can stop and rent a surfboard which is also walking distance from your door! The options are endless to while you explore Surf City by foot or bike! The sweeping views of the intracoastal waterway and the high-rise bridge from the sun deck will give you a front row seat to Topsail Islands breathtaking sunsets. Bring the boat! Soundside Park is right down the road to launch your water toys! Dont forget to enjoy the massive private yard, which is great for lawn games, al fresco dining and more! This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home (4th bedroom is the downstairs bonus room) has all of the modern conveniences, with classic touches, to make you feel right at home. The open kitchen and dining area make it easy to socialize while you enjoy a meal. Nothing better than walking across the street grabbing a Topsail Steamer Pot and enjoying a great night with the family! Downstairs is the bonus room!!! (Don't forget the bug spray!) The beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy walking distance.The spacious yard is perfect for your pup to run and play There are even shovels available for clean-up. You'll also find several beach items on hand to make your time at the ocean even more enjoyable.Inside, the washer, dryer, and dishwasher all work perfectly, making day-to-day living convenient. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The large living room offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out comfortably. The deck has some wear and had a couple loose boards but they were very quick to come out within a couple hours of calling to help secure the boards they could without pulling up and replacing them. The location is perfect and the deck had a great view. I would rent this place again-however the mattresses are so firm my husband and I didn’t sleep well and had back pain- That’s the one thing that would keep us from renting this place again (we would bring a foam topper or something similar).
