The house is right on the beach which is wonderful! Also, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom! The hallway me is great for big families, there were 18 of us.This could easily be a 5 star property. The problems were: lack of curtains or blackout blinds on several of the bedrooms, which made it hard to sleep. There were 3 bedrooms with a door without any covering, so not private. This is an easy fix. The air conditioner had problems, but was fixed as soon as possible. The stove had a large crack on the top, but still worked. That being said, we would go back if those few things were addressed!

Great place to stay plenty of room everywhere. Only problem was in listing one bedroom reports one twin one bunk and queen that bedroom just has queen. That cause a little problem on arrival, but we bought two cots for two teens. Called rental company couple of times and they were very responsive. House was great and pool just enough to get wet in and cool off. Great trip!

Best house we have rented in our 25 years of visiting Topsail. Great place for our entire family, especially the grandkids. Bathrooms for each bedroom worked out great . Pool was a big hit. Location was perfect. Everyone said we can’t go anywhere else when we return. Thanks!

Even better than expected!

We have been coming to Surf City for the past three years ( since our son joined the Marines) and each year the places we’ve rented have been too small and not like what was represented. This wasn’t the case this time! We were so very pleased with the location, roominesses of the house, and the very responsive owners. We would pick this place every time if it’s available!

Five Stars All Around!

I rented this house to celebrate my birthday and brought 9 of my best friends for a long weekend. The house is exactly as it appears online- and even better! The fact that every bedroom has an en suite bathroom to the AMAZING kitchen to the rooftop space to the beautiful interior decorations made this the best place we have rented over the years. The house is amazing!! No matter where you wander, you can find some privacy. A few steps out onto the beach. You have a great view of the sunrise. The decor was a beautiful upgrade of a beach theme and that was nice of you don’t like the typical beach theme. Nice and quiet area. There is so much room for your family dinner!

Paradise Found

We had a fantastic family vacation at Turtle Palace in Surf City. There were 12 of us with room for more. It was quiet and relaxing with beautiful views, especially from the top floor deck which we named Club Turtle Palace, complete with fire pit, hot tub, and 360 degree views of the island, sound, and ocean. Perfect for watching sunsets. This house is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach is steps away. Some beach town shopping and eateries are also a short walk or bike ride away. Very convenient. My grandson wandered into a sea turtle hatching event but the turtles weren't quite ready to make their debut. And, we tried to visit the turtle rehabilitation center but tickets were sold out. Plan ahead if you want to see the turtles. The property management staff was quick to respond.Great trip!

Amazing house

Absolutely beautiful house, each bedroom had an amazing bathroom and kitchen is a chef’s dream. Well equipped with beautiful dishes, a huge island that seats 12 people, and top of the line designer appliances. Lots of great outside deck spaces for relaxing, amazing hot tub, and great access to a wonderful beach.
