Our host was an excellent communicator, making everything smooth and easy. The house was spotless, well maintained, and sits right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. Each morning, I loved relaxing on the porch with my coffee while watching the sunrise. The beach was very clean and well cared for, perfect for long walks. The location is ideal—within walking distance to the pier, Daddy Mac’s (a great beachfront restaurant), the bridge, a hamburger and hot dog spot, a taco place, and several donut and ice cream shops. Home could use some cosmetic updates inside and out. Cleaning crew does not clean that well and ceiling fan blades need to be cleaned occasionally. Although I did not like fact I had to put sheets on and take them off of the bed I slept in, I did like fact that I knew sheets were clean because they were in sealed packages on each bed. The Mr. Coffee machine was leaking water all over the counter, but luckily there was a brand new coffee machine in the closet that we used. Adjoining home has very noisy people, I think they had kids that seemed to run up and down stairs constantly. The location was excellent, very close to many things. We went for a jet ski ride which was literally 0.4 miles from the house. Overall, we had a wonderful time. FYI the Lobstah Shack is actually a shack with just few picnic tables outside, but food was ok ##### Gerlanda D. Perfect beach location. No pool, but we brought along an inflatable pool for the youngsters - especially good on rainy days. Great house location - close to stores, restaurants, the pier. We immediately contacted owner and maintenance person listed on information we had. Never had any feedback rest of week. Couldn’t use that shower anymore that week. Also, sheets and towels were left for us that we did not request. Didn’t use them. Otherwise, beautiful house, location, play areas for kids!! Loved it:) ##### Kelley L. We rented surfboards a block away, walked to Shaka Tacos and ice cream, and enjoyed watching surfers at the pier while drinking morning coffee on the deck. The beach access and swimming in the waves was perfect. The house was comfortable for 8 of us. One note: the 4th bedroom on the ground floor is tight for the queen bed which makes it hard to keep clean and the only non-en suite bathroom is on the 3rd floor. It was a great week and we would stay at Catie’s Cove again. ##### John H.
