Also, we have 2 driveways for plenty of parking! This oceanside retreat is ideal for multi-family vacations or group gatherings. 5 couples OR 4-5 couples and 4-6 kids can comfortably share this space. There is ample parking spaces between the two driveways. Washer/Dryer on each floor. All linens are provided with at least 1 bath towel per registered guest. You are renting upstairs and downstairs together but you can shut the door at the stairs and keep each floor completely separated. For your safety and ours, there is an exterior Ring doorbell camera and Ring floodlight camera on premises monitoring both driveways and the front door. The house has every comfort and security needed to have a great/safe time at the beach with a family or group. No detail left unnoticed from the aility to adjust the thermostat to safety treads on the wooden stairs.
