Spacious Home w/Ocean Views at Quiet end of Island

**Note** From Memorial Day through mid-August, the rental is Sunday to Sunday only.

Spacious and recently rebuilt with a rustic beach decor! This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is designed for quality time together while providing quiet havens to retreat to. Easy beach access across a quiet street. Beautiful ocean views from the great room’s game table, tv area and covered deck. A well equipped kitchen with a dining room that comfortably seats 12, cozy living room and screened-in porch. Ideally located at the quiet end of the island yet just a 15 min walk to the town’s amenities.

With 5 bedrooms this house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 quests.

Easy beach access across a quiet street (the main road is behind the house).

Main floor - living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, a queen bedroom, the bunk room (TV with Roku), a full bathroom, and a screened-in porch with ceiling fans to beat the heat.

Second floor - great room with TV area (DVD and Roku) and an expandable game table (games and puzzles included); the covered deck with ceiling fans has bar stools and sling chairs (available May to September); a queen bedroom with private access to the shared full bathroom, a twin bedroom, a second queen bedroom, and one half bathroom.

Enclosed private outdoor shower, with hot and cold water.

A 15 minute walk to the town’s amenities including restaurants, shops, mini-golf, coffee shop, ’50s style roller skating rink, ice cream shop, arcade, deli, and the fishing pier.

Bed linens, kitchen linens, bathroom and shower towels are included. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a double oven, coffee maker with permanent gold filter, large toaster, Ninja blender/food processor, hand held food processor, slow cooker, panini press and hand mixer along with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets and glassware. Assortment of spices and condiments available. The propane gas grill is located in the wind sheltered area below the house and grilling tools are in the kitchen.

Family Reunion

This is our 4th time staying at this house and it continues to be our favorite. The BEST!

This is by far one of the cleanest, nicest and best beach houses we have ever stayed at. It’s so close to the public access, it’s like having an oceanfront house. The views are spectacular from the top deck and the house is perfect for our family needs.

Perfect quiet getaway

2nd Year at this Wonderful Beach House

This is our second year renting the Seahorse Corral and we love it! The house is perfect for a large group with two levels for different activities and the ocean views are fantastic. The area is right where our family likes to be at Topsail Beach as we have other family members with homes on the south end of the Island and it makes it easy to get together. This was our first time together as a whole family in years. It was so much fun, so relaxing, and we absolutely loved being steps away from the beach. We had a great stay on Topsail Island at this property and the owners were very accommodating with us - we appreciated that sheets were included with the rental and the nice location. The owner proactively reached out with an issue as our stay was starting which we also appreciated. The location was steps away from the beach and we enjoyed the nice layout of the property. Our family has been staying at this house now for a number of years and we will keep continuing to come back! We have a large family and there are plenty of beds to go around. There is also an upstairs flex space that is perfect for games after dinner. The hosts are always proactive to try to answer any questions before they come up. As anticipated, we had zero issues and check in/check out was a breeze. The views of the water from the top porch/deck are fabulous and the swinging chairs are a favorite hangout spot of mine :) highly recommend this property!!

If you like mellow and comfortable, this is your place.

This is one of my favorite houses in 50 years of beach stays.. Comfortable, well-appointed house in layout and furnishings. You’ll love the upper deck, especially in the evening. At quiet end of island. A 5-10 minute drive for some conveniences which leaves this house a peaceful retreat. Close to beach and ICW. Just don’t come on my week.

Great house to comfortable enjoy Topsail Beach

We stayed here with 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant. The check in process was smooth with clear communication. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the equipment needed to cook for yourself for the week. Bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Two very comfortable seating areas allowed us to spread out. My favorite spots were the outdoor shower and the hammock chairs on top floor balcony. Easy access to the beach and town of Topsail. Would recommend to anyone.

Another amazing week at Seahorse Corral

This is our 3rd year staying at the Seahorse Corral and we love the house and the location. Great ocean views and the space is plentiful. The kitchen is large and fully stocked to handle cooking for a large amount of people. Making it even better is the fact that Scott and Roxane are fantastic hosts. There was an issue with a broken box spring that we were alerted to by the hosts and a new one was delivered and the old taken away. No inconvenience at all. We look forward to staying again next year and highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of renting - just not on the week that we want it!!

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed at this amazing beach home for a family gathering. The location could not be more perfect! Very easy to get to and almost directly across the street from the beach access. We could tell when we walked into the house that the owners truly take a lot of pride in ownership of this home. It was very clean and just like the description and photos of the house. The kitchen is the best one we have ever had in the many homes we have rented on VRBO. All needed cookware, utensils, and appliances were there and clean. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and all linens were clean and neatly organized on shelves in the laundry room. The sheets were even folded and packaged in sets wrapped with elastic bands that were labeled by what size bed they were for. The owners are very quick to reply if you have any questions during your stay. This was one of the best weekend getaways we have ever had and we will definitely be back.
