I am always appreciative of owners that allow pets and my dogs had a great time. I was disappointed in the “fenced-in back yard”. It was a small area with wire fencing that was overgrown with weeds and briars. House is close to the beach, beds are really comfortable and the house is beautifully decorated with ocean theme. Kitchen is well equipped, we cook delicious fresh fish and seafood from Surfcity fish market. One thing we loved about this house was the many balconies and spaces, in the garden there is a little path to a green area, we saw many butterflies and beautiful birds. This was our first time in Topsail, the beach is beautiful, white sand, warm water, and very peaceful. There were minor things that need to be addressed,: the sink in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t drain properly. We found ants in the drawers in the kitchen and a cockroach in the master bedroom. Also, we think because the house accepts dogs, we got bitten by fleas. We don’t know if they are in the beds or the couches. We will definitely come back. ##### Ximena S. The house was clean, updated, fresh and beachy, with all the amenities you would want with a beach house (outdoor shower, laundry, plenty of comfortable beds, lots of outdoor seating, close proximity to beach and beautiful views). The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, just what we were looking for with two young kids in tow. The access to the beach is a short walk away (we brought our own beach cart but the house also provides one) to a wide, expansive beach that is family friendly. Our favorite part was all the porches and beautiful beach and sound views at any time of day! We will definitely be back! ##### Jennifer G.
