On Slow Time is a 3 bedroom oceanfront half of a duplex with coastal décor and impeccable ocean views in Surf City. Enjoy the endless ocean views from ample oceanfront windows in the second floor main living space or head outside to the decks to soak in the sunshine. The home also provides easy, direct beach access from the lower deck! The second floor kitchen is equipped with all the tools necessary to cook a homemade meal and the living room provides comfortable furnishings to watch your favorite show or movie after a day at the beach. A half bath is conveniently located on this main living space. The first floor provides all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry area. Two oceanfront bedrooms offer Queen beds, one with an ensuite bathroom, and direct oceanfront deck access. The third bedroom is streetside and offers two twin beds. A shared hallway bathroom is provided on this floor as well. Everything was so clean and beautiful and even better than I had expected! The location is perfect and the beach was beautiful! Took our 10-year-old grandsons over to walk the bridge, play it down side park and they watched some of the fisherman and one showed them how to fish with a seine net! The furniture at the house was in pretty good shape and the outdoor furniture was plentiful and great for sitting out and watching the ocean or the kids play. Two thoughts on improvement would be a sliding screen door on the upper level that worked. And maybe a note saying that the deck steps to beach are slightly steep, May be difficult for the elderly. This property was so clean we didn’t break out our supplies - I can’t remember how many years it’s been since we found a house in such great shape. The house had just been renovated and everything was new from the flooring to the furniture to the ceiling. Appliances were in decent shape and kitchen utensils were barely used. The owner has a talent for decorating, too. Every wall, shelf and nook is accented with some whimsical, beachy piece of art, making you feel like you are truly on vacation. . ##### John D.
