Ocean Vue, the name says it all! Whether you are relaxing on the covered balcony, hanging out in the living room, or making a meal in the kitchen, you are never far from seeing the ocean, hearing the ebb and flow of the tides and smelling the salt air. This well-equipped 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, second floor condo has the feel of the perfect “home away from home”. Sitting on your private balcony with your morning or evening beverage will become just one of your favorite Topsail memories. Along with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean your view includes the well-maintained Surf Condo grounds and pool. Bring your SPF and a good beach read and follow the pathway to the beach crossover. Spend your days enjoying the beach and all it has to offer or follow a different path to the community pool with its pergola and ample lounge chairs and seating. Ocean Vue located in the Surf Condo complex is a quick car or bike ride into the town of Surf City, where you’ll have plenty of fun gift shops, attractions, and activities to investigate. You can try a different restaurant each night or stop by one of the many fresh seafood markets and make your own amazing feast. The kitchen is well stocked with the serving wear and cooking implements you’ll need. You will find yourself returning year after year to Ocean Vue. Your days here will become a cherished memory needing to be refreshed with every visit. Sweet Dreams: \*Linens (bed/bath) are not included! In addition to the King master bedroom, you’ll find a cleverly designed sleeping nook with twin bunk beds and a bonus Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. While this condo makes the most of its space to accommodate up to 6 guests, you’ll find that it feels open and airy with plenty of space. The shower and floors were not cleaned, the shower head was dirty, (management didn’t replace it after we called and they cleaned it, my husband went out and bought bleach and cleaned it again) the kitchen had crumbs all over the counter, the coffee pot was dirty (we bought a new one) the bed in the bedroom sink in and up when we laid down. The AC unit sounded like an airplane was in the unit. The vents for the ac have black mold as well. Overall we were not pleased. We made do with the unit after we cleaned the bathroom and the floors but we will not return. The management company was very receptive. ##### Daniela C. Condo is close to shopping and restaurants. Security at the gate every day and patrolled grounds. Very friendly. Grounds are top notch and clean. The pool was amazing. It was 5ft deep max and didn’t allow large flotations. Condo inside is just as pictured. Condo was spotless. Tv didn’t work at first but was just a tripped socket. Hit the reset on the outlet and good to go. Great view. Close and east parking. Two flights of steps as it’s a middle unit of 3\. Would definitely return. Best condo so far for the area.
