On the first level: Bedroom 4 features two twin beds, a closet, a ceiling fan, TV with cable access, and access to a balcony; Bedroom 3 also has two twin beds, a closet, a ceiling fan, TV with cable, and balcony access. The bathroom includes a tub with shower, a toilet, and a double sink vanity. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed with a closet, TV with cable, and a ceiling fan. Moving to the upstairs area: The living space offers a TV with cable, a ceiling fan, and balcony access with beautiful ocean views. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with an ice maker, an island counter with two stools, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a deep double sink. The dining area accommodates six guests. Additionally, there is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a closet, a TV with cable, and a bathroom complete with a shower, a single sink, and a toilet, allowing dual access from both the laundry and living area.
