It was quiet, but maybe because we had no neighbors on either side. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We love to cook, and the kitchen could have used a few more cooking utensils and big pots, but we managed to make do.The pool and hot tub were nice after a day at the beach. The walk to the beach was very easy.
