About this property

Margaritaville -New Oceanfront Home w/Elevator & Reverse Floor Plan 3,000 sq ft

  • Ocean front 5 bedroom/ 3.5 bath with reverse floor plan (Kitchen and Master Bedroom on top floor). House is loaded with Elevator, Ice Maker, Hardwoods throughout, 2 Outdoor Showers and 4 Captains Chairs on top deck. Gorgeous views of the entire island as well as the Topsail Sound. Home sleeps 12-14. Four of the five bedrooms face the ocean. King bed in the master bedroom, 3 queens and sets of 2 bunks in the back bedroom. There is also a queen pull out sofa in living area. Smart HDTV's with cable and wifi in each bedroom. (No cable box in bunk bed room - only Wi-Fi for Netflix etc.) We have Wi-Fi all over the house. The house has a washer and dryer for guest to use.
