Copper Top Located close to an oceanfront public beach access, "Copper Top" is a unique 3 bedroom "A-Frame" beach house in Topsail Island. This home watches quietly over the ocean from its large oceanside deck. Entering from the deck brings you into the living room with warm natural wood ceilings and a beach themed decor. The living room is open to a small dining area provided by a rustic wooden picnic table set, located beside the kitchen. A small hallway continues the length of the home bringing you to the downstairs bathroom/shower as well as bedroom one which offers two twin beds. There is a small balcony style deck on the rear of the home as well, perfect for acquiring a little vitamin D on a sunny day. This home is an adorable A-frame style home containing a charming spiral staircase leading you to the loft. On the top landing to your left, you will find two twin beds in the loft area overlooking the ocean. To your right is the master bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony. Enjoy the enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower after a long day in the sand. Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge. Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean. Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. We loved the location....the beach was just over the dune. Nothing better than walking to the beach with your coffee in hand to watch the sunrise. Kitchen was well stocked with cups and crockery. Very cute place. It's clean enough, but could do with a dusting in the corners. With a little updating this place could be fabulous, but honestly it's such a great deal that I can't complain.
