The coziness yet ample space of the property were perfect for the 3 of us. The views of the ocean were amazing, the property is close enough to listen to the crashing waves throughout the night, and the beach access was great! Great natural light with water views throughout house. Plenty of seating inside and on the back deck and there's a small fenced in area for quick dog potty breaks. Door lock is digital which always made in/out quick; front pathway is double-door-gated so safety for dog was a plus; and the lush garden-lined pathway provided a tropical feel. Property is close to restaurants to walk and pick up takeout as well as quick drive to traffic circle to get to Publix. We'd love to return to this property and would highly recommend! ##### Neal F. It is a cozy cottage that is clean and stylish! Lots of outdoor space and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Loved the special decoration touches and uncluttered storage spaces! We also were impressed with the fenced in yard which was perfect for our toddler and dogs. I do have to agree with another review that the mattresses were not comfortable. Maybe too new and hard? Only other suggestion is a few pots with lids and a 9 x 13 Pyrex for those who like to cook in. ##### Donna M.
