Located within walking distance to downtown Surf City, restaurants, shops and more. Enjoy a front row seat to sunrises on the Atlantic. This cute, cozy and comfortable space is perfect for your next getaway. The open kitchen, living and dining areas are filled with sunlight from the large ocean front windows. The nicely sized kitchen has everything you will need for quick meals during your stay. The living room is comfortably furnished, including a large flat screen TV. One of the best parts of this oceanfront unit is the deck with built in counter and matching bar stools. You’ll enjoy a direct walkway to beach which is shared with the upper unit. Beach Barn Lower is one of the best spots on the beach to be in the mix of all Surf City has to offer. Sweet Dreams: \*Linens (bed/bath) are not included! The house is very basic but in nice condition and clean. It was nicer than I was expecting from the pictures. The location is excellent.
