Park directly in front of your 5 star private home for easy access. Upon entry, you'll see that the expansive great room, dining room, and kitchen are the stars of this property. The kitchen is stocked for you to prepare delicious meals to serve while overlooking idyllic views of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains. The main floor covered deck features a grill and a separate griddle for meal prep (propane is provided). On the main level are two separate luxurious king bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms featuring cozy linens in a relaxing private setting. If you’re looking for a place that can sleep a lot of people, has plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining, and has almost every amenity you could ask for (Gameroom, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor space, etc) this is your destination. Then if you want the best hosts you’ve ever had who are responsive and truly care about you having an amazing stay, don’t look at any other options and book this place. ##### Jon D. It is a short drive to all the attractions, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare full meals. The open floor plan made room for our large group. We had a large group of varying ages, and the house had plenty of space. The rental was well stocked, very clean, and in a great location. Lake views were beautiful. Indoor pool and pickle ball were so much fun. Vintage Paris coffee shop down the road was great coffee. Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Joel was incredibly responsive both before our stay and during. Added bonus to this place the water pressure was fantastic! We loved using the indoor pool when we'd had enough of the sun for the day. Most of time we had it to ourselves. Location was great too for renting a boat from the state marina. Having parking right in front of the rental was a huge help as well. ##### Alyssa W. This is your place! This property is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need. Home is right on the lake, close to restaurants, shopping and all the golf you can handle. Walking into this gorgeous space with an amazingly tall ceiling, beautiful location and so peaceful over the Christmas holiday. Not far from any type of activity you want to do. Home was stocked with all the necessities. We arrived at rental and within an hour no one was leaving the place, with the hot tub, shuffle board, board games and arcade everyone stayed entertained. The coffee bars, deck with grills and nicely decorated for Christmas made for a great family bonding trip! Would recommend rental to anyone wanting a special trip! Sep 22, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Location: it is within about 15 to 20 minutes of everything in the area, such as Silver Dollar City, the strip, downtown Branson, and grocery shopping. Communication: the host was quick to respond to any inquiries and resolve any issues. Cleanliness: everything seemed new. All the linen smelled freshly laundered and there was no dirt to be seen. The fridge and kitchen were odor free and there was cleaning supplies and soap. Meals: We cooked and fed a family of two adults and six kids. The table was really nice and the chairs reasonably comfortable. There is a high-chair. There were some spices, and plenty of cooking utensils. Decks: The view was excellent and the upper deck was really comfortable. The downstairs deck has a fire pit with wood provided and a hot-tub. Unfortunately there isn’t any privacy for the hot-tub so we didn’t use it. Bedrooms: all the beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were a good size.Surrounding property: our family really enjoyed the outdoor pool and pickle ball court. The community pool is less than a 3 minute walk away and it has a nice water slide. We also walked down to the lake and enjoyed throwing stones into the water. We spent a week in the house and would stay here again. ##### Paul D. This house was easily comfortable for 9 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4 year old! Everyone loved the outdoor pool (especially the slide) and the close proximity to Branson. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a day visiting and walking around Branson. Moonshine Beach was a 5-10 minute drive- a very clean and clear public beach area. Listing was exactly as stated in description- plenty of kitchen options (appliances, pots, pans, seasonings). Small kitchen downstairs was suitable for those that stay in the basement. Having a regular size washer and dryer was nice to have to wash clothes, towels, etc. throughout our stay. Many vacation rental owners cram as many beds into a small bedroom and call it a "sleep-18" or something, but this home was nothing like that. This home was open, spacious, and had all the conveniences we wanted. The kids in our group took advantage of the swimming pool and Pickleball courts, while the adults took advantage of the back porch and the hot tub. The community this home is located in is a vacation rental location, so everyone else staying in the community is there for the same reasons -- vacation! The like-mindedness in this community made things even better. We made many friends during this stay. The owner/manager of this home was easy to work with and to get in touch with. I am very ocd and I have higher standards of cleanliness and I don’t have a single complaint about the home! It has the best views of the hillsides and lake; tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood with indoor and outdoor pools and playground for the little ones. The house had every amenity you could possible need from high chairs, pack n plays to games, sports equipment and blenders and laundry detergent. During our stay we needed two items that were not currently at the house and the owners had them purchased and dropped off at our door step within hours! This is definitely the property you want to rent if you are bringing your family to Branson. We had 7 adults and 5 children ranging from 12-1 yr, and this home was perfect. The bedrooms are so large and roomy, each with their own full bath. The bunkroom and downstairs game/lounge room kept the kids entertained. The upstairs kitchen, dining, and living area fit the whole family comfortably. And, the downstairs refrigerator and bar was a nice touch. Everything we needed was in the home. We loved the outside areas, especially the black griddle and grill, the fire pit, and the hot tub. The lake views are just beautiful. Even the parking was a breeze. The home was spotless upon our arrival. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware for our needs; and plenty of soap, toilet paper, dish pods, etc. for a large families needs. Having the laundry room downstairs near the kids was an added bonus. I can't say enough about the host, he was easy to communicate with and responsive. We loved all the open space, bright and cozy! Coffee bar was a great touch. Keurig’s are great for everyone and we could make pots of coffee as well, love the options. Mug wall a great touch and easy access. Love the two grill options! Blackstone and grill was so helpful with grilling tools. Great outdoor furniture and outdoor spaces. Well maintained. Our family loved having access to the hot tub and play area downstairs! All kinds of fun things to do! Close enough to the lake to take “adventure” walks. It was great having all the king beds, nightlights everywhere. Access to laundry so we could keep things cleaned up. So many bathrooms and showers, no one was in anyone else’s way and everyone could get ready for the day easily! Festive for Christmas, decorations were up and just enough to make it feel like the holidays. Easy access to streaming on TV’s. TV’s anywhere you would need them. Furniture super nice and comfortable! Great decor. This is a home that will suit all ages! Bedrooms upstairs and down. We traveled with a 2 1/2 year old and 2 1/2 month old and it was perfect for us all. The description of this property is spot on. The host is very quick to respond and we can’t wait to go back!
