家族3人でサイゴンロイヤルホテルに宿泊しました。スタッフの細やかな気配りと充実したサービスのおかげで、滞在中は終始快適に過ごすことができました。 ​■ お部屋・設備 スイートルームを利用しましたが、広々としていて非常に心地よい空間でした。家族3人のためエキストラベッドを入れてもらいましたが、部屋の広さに余裕があり、みんなでゆったり寛ぐことができました。 また、水回りがとても清潔で、トイレが綺麗なのはもちろん、シャワーの水圧（出の良さ）もしっかりしていてストレスなく利用できました。 ​■ サービス・接客 チェックイン時の受付の女性スタッフの方がとても親切で、非常に気の利く心地よい対応をしてくださったのが印象的です。 ウェルカムサービスの美味しいお茶とフレッシュなウェルカムフルーツにも心が温まりました。 特に助かったのが洗濯サービスです。朝にお願いしたものが夕方には高品質な仕上がりで戻ってきており、大変重宝しました。 ​■ 朝食 朝食ブッフェは種類も豊富で楽しめました。特に朝から温かいフォーが食べられたのは嬉しかったです。 ​■ 総評 細部まで配慮が行き届いた素晴らしいホテルです。快適に過ごしたいご家族連れにも心からおすすめできます。またサイゴンを訪れる際は、ぜひ利用したいと思います。

2026年5月19日に宿泊、このホテルはロケーションが最高のホテルです。 このホテルの周辺には、５つ星の高級ホテルが多数ありますが、コストパフォーマンスを考慮すると、総合的にはこの周辺で1番のホテルだと思います。 まず、ホーチミン中心地であるグエンフエ通りの歩行者天国に面した最高のロケーションです。サイゴンスクエアやヴィンマートまで徒歩5分、周辺に観光地も多数ありとても便利です。 ホテル自体は、規模が小さめ、歴史を感じる建物で設備が少し古いです。でもホテル内の清掃が行き届いており、空調も機能して快適に過ごせます。 そして、スタッフは丁寧でとても気が利きます。チャックインの時に、私の妻が窓の多い部屋をリクエストすると、スタッフの方が対応してくれて、アップグレードした6階の角部屋を提供してくれました。妻が、閉所恐怖症だったのでとても助かりました。 朝食もとても充実しております。品数も申し分なくとても美味しいです。そして、落ち着いたスペースで食事ができます。このホテルの朝食は、私がこのホテルを選ぶ理由の一つです。 このホテルは、私がホーチミンに行くと必ず宿泊するホテルです。今回３回目の宿泊となりましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。次回もまた宿泊します。

とにかく立地が最高でした。 サイゴンセンター（高島屋）、ベンタン市場、ビンコムセンター、オペラハウス　どこも徒歩至近。フンヴォン記念日の祝日だったので前の大通りでイベント。 スタッフは親切です。特に荷物を部屋まで運んでくれた年配の方、以来、いつも気を配っていただき感謝です。

The hotel is located in the epic center of HCM. A few steps from most tourist attractions in HCM. The breakfast is excellent offering both VN and N. American breakfast items. The staff is wonderful and attentive throughout the property doesn't matter which department you are in. The pool is a little different with a semi-outdoor, tropical forest setting, one will not get any sun tanning here. The sauna and steam bath, hot tub did not appear to be operational. The lobby and rooms carry the 1950 feel, may not appeal to some modern day travelers. The bed is larger than a king size, it is ginormous. We had an amazing time here at this hotel.

The breakfast menu was a good mix of western and local food. The hotel is in an excellent location for sightseeing and is close to the Saigon Centre for shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bed was enormous!

Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were extremely polite and welcoming. Front desk were very kind to arrange an early check-in without additional charge. The hotel is in a great location on walking street, so you are not far from many shops, restaurants, tourist sites etc.
