In the garden, in addition to a covered gravel terrace adjacent to the apartment, there is also a seating area with a gravel terrace right by the water, complete with a beach chair.

A newly constructed parking space is available directly in front of the building.

Due to its waterfront location, the apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Fishing is permitted in the area; anglers require a fishing license and guest permit.
