The detached garage provides a heated bunk room that can sleep 2\. Also included is a paddle boat and all fishing equipment needed. Very close to the swimming and boating lakes Avalon, Long Lake and Ess Lake, ORV and snowmobile trails. It would have been nice if the "bunk room" had AC, but we used the pull out bed in the couch and positioned fans strategically around the interior. The 1st night was bearable, certainly not what was desired, but we chalked it up to the adventures of cabin life! By the end of the 2nd day the temps were cooler and the cabin became comfortable. There was plenty of kitchenware, towels, and linens for us for a few days. Hot tub was excellent and wifi was quick. It snowed about 4-6" over the first day we were there, and our car had trouble cresting the hilly gravel driveway with all the snow. But that's just our car, which doesn't have 4-wheel drive.
