### Semi-detached house - semi-detached house in Hiddensee Vitte

The holiday house half south of Vitte is divided into ground floor and loft. The living area is furnished with a pull-out sofa, armchair, dining table, pantry and color TV. The bathroom has shower and toilet. A space-saving staircase leads to the open sleeping area with two beds under the pitched roof.   The holiday home half on Hiddensee includes garden furniture. Except in the months of May, July, August and over the Christmas holidays, the energy consumed is charged at 30 cents per kwh. Per semi-detached house can max. 4 people are accommodated. However, the bedroom is open in the loft and the sofa bed only 140 cm wide.  
  
The semi-detached houses are in the middle of heathland between Vitte and Neuendorf. The very quiet location in the nature reserve dune heath offers a relaxing holiday on the beautiful island of Germany. The resort consists of 19 thatched cottages in the classic style. Each house is divided into two two separate apartments on 2 floors. In the approximately 33 sqm max. 4 people staying. The living area has a pull-out sofa, armchair, dining table, pantry and color TV. The bathroom has shower and toilet. A space-saving staircase leads to the open bedroom with two beds under the pitched roof. Outside the high season the price is excl. The spent Tagstromenergie which costs 0,30 EUR / kwh. The final cleaning is always included. Part of the semi-detached houses include a terrace and garden furniture. On the premises there is a children's playground and a volleyball court. is eight minutes away unique beach on the Baltic. The beach on the heath is not crowded even in summer.

Die Fewo war gut. Die Schlafcouch ist leider nicht so schön zum Schlafen, aber sonst alles ok. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr nett und kompetent ....
