"Filthy and disgusting. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Smells like damp mouldy cheese that we later found out to be the drip tray behind the fridge. It was liquid and mouldy. The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't tighten. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. We found a mouldy sponge under the kitchen cupboard. No toilet roll. No hand wash. Mouldy bathroom. "We had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very restful and the water pressure for the shower was perfect. The rooms have a traditional vibe but having stayed in rooms with fancy marble bathrooms which leaked all over the place, or alternately froze or scalded you, this bathroom was a dream. "Used this hotel for an event near the hotel. Its overlooks the coast and a few minutes walk to town. Cant fault the staff, friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel was clean. Price was reasonable. "I really enjoyed my stay at this extraordinarily good-value, squeaky-clean, well-located hotel. I was in Norwich for work (I'm an actor appearing in a show there) and I booked a single room with breakfast. I called the hotel to explain that I would have to pick up my keys early, and the very helpful Hamid on reception said that was fine. When I got to the hotel about 2 hours before the usual check in time, Hamid had a lovely room ready for me- a triple! Not the single I had booked. Spacious, nice bathroom, biscuits etc. The continental breakfast too was definitely a cut above the rest for the very reasonable price. I will stay again if I'm in Norwich, and have recommended to others."
