« This is a beautiful house, well-stocked and furnished for a perfect week in Durango. There's a back yard for the dog, a big front deck for outdoor meals, garage for bike storage, a great breakfast restaurant and a small grocery store, plus the Horse Gulch trail system all nearby. « We enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptional…very clean!! Great neighborhood! Amenities were plentiful. The back porch was amazing. Please note that the refrigerator has a broken door shelf. We could not find pot holders. The water flow in the master shower was not very strong. Otherwise awesome property!!! Wildlife was amazing. We had a bear cub visit for over an hour enjoying the pears from your tree. Thank you for sharing your home! We appreciate it »

« Spacious and comfortable home for our group of seven. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong, and arcade games. Coffee in the morning on the patio was perfection! Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Only negative was the noisy plumbing that sounded like there was air in the pipes. We chose to drink bottled water because of the "salty" taste of the treated water. »

« Loved staying in this charming home in Bayfield. We were 2 adults and 2 teens, and there was plenty of space to spread out. Clawfoot tub was lovely! Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of charm throughout the house. Immaculate and comfortable. Walking to restaurants in Bayfield was fun, and Durango is only a short drive away. Would stay here again. Thanks! »

« We had a wonderful time at the house with 19 people. As other reviews stated the kitchen is well stocked, but we wish there had been an electric griddle for pancakes. There was a plethora of games, movies, yard toys, books, puzzles, and anything you would want to do. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms which was very nice and plenty of beds and bedding for our whole group. We had some little ones in our group so we stuck around the house quite a bit.
