"Nice area. Convenient to campus. It seemed like it had been a while since someone had stayed there (I was there in May). It had a musty smell throughout. Also, there are 43 steps up to get to the property at 6600ft elevation. "The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!"

"We stayed here with extended family to tour monument valley, mesa verde and 4 corners. It was the right location to spend the night after the long monument valley drive and perfect for doing mesa verde. It has beautiful views and close to town. The pictures of the house are accurate.
