  • One of 9 apartments in an old historic building with stairs but all brand new furniture and appliances. We will make you fell like you are staying in our home!

    Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases. Fenicci’s restaurant located on the first floor of the building.
    Great little apartment for one or two guests in the center of Hershey. Not a studio but a small cute one bedroom to work, sleep and make a quiet dinner in. Or take a stroll down Chocolate Ave to one of many downtown restaurants or sit back and watch the roller coasters from you windows. Unique and fun, it is what you are looking for and more. Location location location!! Walking distance to all of the restaurants on chocolate ave, parking just a short walk to the fire station municipal lot. Response time was fast when we had some minor cosmetic issues, fixed right away. Perfect for our needs, had all of the basics.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the property! Great location, good AC units and comfortable. Bottle of wine and chocolate was provided and very clean. Location was fantastic. The only reason why I wouldn’t go back is because the mattress was absolutely dreadful. As well as the pillows were hard as a rock. Also had a bit of challenge finding how to get into the unit. There was also no note on where to park, so I had to ask staff if the restaurant if they knew. Ended up being a block+ away. Seems like communication could be much better here.

Hard to find, deadbolt on door jammed every time. Had to use different things to stick in between the door and door frame to get the lock to unlock. None of the doors shut properly. Bed is not good. Area was prime and for the price it’s not bad. Wouldn’t stay more than a night though.

Very clean, larger than expected Great location Cool historical site Terribly noisy at night! Could hear people downstairs until 2am both nights talking and laughing then slamming doors when they came in. Believe they were on patio. Wi-fi was out entire stay. Host was aware but i wasn't notified until asked. There was no garage parking nearby as indicated. Door locks very hard to get into. Delayed communications when reaching out to host regarding check in/parking so had to figure things out on my own Written check in/out needs to be updated.

The location was perfect within walking distance of many restaurants/food options, free parking very close, the Hershey Museum, and a quick Lyft/Uber ride to Hershey Park. The host was great with communication. It did get a bit loud with the afterhours folks on the patio from Fenicci's on Friday night but the second night we had the AC unit on and the white noise helped. LOVED the room service option to order delicious food from Fenicci's. All in all, would stay again and try a different unit.

This historic one bedroom apartment was the perfect place for me to call home while visiting Hershey. Having a great restaurant like Fenicci’s downstairs was a bonus. Don’t forget to use your discount for staying upstairs. Great location to historic Hershey!

Beautiful historical landmark to stay at. It is within very close proximity to the shops and restaurants. Free parking. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The quarters were smaller than I anticipated but everything worked very well. I enjoyed the size of the tub, water pressure and temperature. Lots of light. You do hear people talking and hanging in the back outdoor seating and people walking by at night. You can control room temps which is a plus. The bed was not comfortable for my stay but it may be okay for others.

The location is perfect, right on the Main Street. You get a discount for the downstairs restaurant, which was a very nice treat. However, it is definitely very loud at night with people talking loudly right outside your window. The apartment is very cute! However the bed mattress is old and sags, and our tv remote didn’t work the entire stay so we couldn’t watch tv in the living room. The host did try to address issue right away, but didn’t have a replacement remote. Overall, good stay.

My wife and I stayed here for about 2 1/2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Perfect little place for staying in Hershey! Excellent location with the most popular Chocolate Ave restaurants walkable. Would highly recommend.

Excellent proximity to Hershey Park. We had a great 4 days. The walking access to the park was closed but the drive is less than 10 minutes. Covered parking was suprisingly always available, close and clean.

This place was a fantastic stay and the view we had on the top floor was awesome! The host and cleaning staff were very helpful and responsive and even left us a little welcoming gift upon our arrival. They also give you 10% off at the restaurant downstairs (we are pretty sure the same people that own the restaurant also own the rooms upstairs). We ate there in our last day and the food was amazing. We definitely would stay here again!
