« Loved the mood of the place, middle of nowhere in the midst of some beautiful countryside. Gardens were top notch but weather sadly precluded their use.
Staff were helpful and room spotless. Only slight downer is that the shower was scalding. Could not get cold water into the shower. Only there for 1 night so not a big deal. Parking easy and EV charger useful.
Breakfast was tasty and well presented. Much to like about the Manor. 👍Recommended. »

« We had a good stay at the Sloop Inn.
Lovely friendly staff.
The best breakfast.
The property is a little dated, and the bed isn't the most comfortable, but it was all good for a one-night stay. Would recommend. »

« Very nice stay, room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, full English, used the restaurant for evening meal which was very enjoyable.
Wasn’t keen on the very small smart TV in the room but owners were lovely and so was Hannah. A wonderful waitress »

The breakfast needs to be improved. I should be able to select what I would like to eat & toast my breads myself. I lost 2 times more than 10 min in the morning to order & get what I want »
