Tucked away in leafy Hepburn, just a short stroll from the Hepburn Golf Course is beautiful Phoenix. A spacious, beautifully furnished well-appointed four bedroom home packed with extras. Sprawling across two levels, Phoenix caters for up to eight guests across four luxurious bedrooms with king split beds allowing for the flexibility of any group. The property is an entertainers dream with modern comforts to ensure maximum comfort and additional entertainment features such wifi speakers, an eight seater spa, sauna, pool table and an open plan upstairs kitchen/dining/lounge area which opens up to a large covered decking with country and night sky views.
The Space:
Phoenix features four stylish bedrooms, each with premium king split beds, dedicated workspace and wall mounted smart TVs. Three of the bedrooms also have luxurious en-suites. In the main living area upstairs you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dual living zones overlooking secluded native bush and an Olive Orchard often frequented by a local mob of Kangaroos and plentiful bird life. The perfect backdrop for summer dining on the undercover deck or relaxing around the fire pit. Enjoy the sun set through the trees or enjoy some star gazing . Or in the cooler months, enjoy a wine by the cosy indoor wood fire.
On the lower level your ultimate retreat awaits with a pool table and large TV with both free to air and Smart TV. Continue through to your very own Spa Retreat with large built in Finnish sauna and additional bathroom facilities. The ultimate relaxation experience is completed with a large eight seater spa pool. The Spa is undercover and protected from the elements and yet enjoys views to the outside.
A Frees-standing wood heater and split system heating and cooling throughout the entire home allows for year-round comfort.
\*It is recommended that guests bring additional towels for the spa and sauna.
Due to the proximity to local bush and ponds, we recommend mosquito repellent in the warmer months . Not suitable for pets due to abundant wildlife.

Daylesford and surrounding region has long been considered a special place of healing, relaxation and indulgence. Nestled at the foothills of the Great Dividing Range, the region is most famously known for its natural mineral springs and is home to some of the best restaurants, cafe’s, galleries, wineries and distilleries regional Victoria has to offer. Getting Around:
There is a limited bus service operating between our beautiful towns. The PTV website will provide the most up to date schedule/timetable. There is a taxi and maxi-taxi local service which can be contacted. Unfortunately Uber has not quite reached us yet.

When using the shower and toilet downstairs as 1 bedroom had no ensuite, that person found the carpet was damp on your feet and a bit smelly apart from that it was a very comfortable house.

This was the best house we have stayed in for our annual girls weekend yet. They thought of everything with beautiful decor, spa, wood fire, pool table and each room with an ensuite. Beautiful scenery from the living room and balcony. And the spa was perfect temp with great jets. We will definitely be back! Thank you

Great property with large bedrooms, good outlook we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the Roos bounce by. We were a group of 4 ladies and it was perfect for a weekend away. Only thing to note is the 4th bedroom did not have ensuite and with no main bathroom available it meant 2 rooms sharing an ensuite. Not an issues for a girls trip but if couples stayed it may be awkward

Loved our stay at the Phoenix. Everything was thought of, we walked into a warm house (heater left on for us), welcomed by a beautiful bottle of wine and chocolates. The rooms are beautifully styled and very clean, all have a reverse system air-con and three have an ensuite - perfect for families! The spa and sauna were a huge hit. Quiet home, with wildlife hopping and flying past to greet you. We loved our stay, thank you.

#### Perfect getaway
We had a great weekend in Hepburn. Phoenix was perfect for our group of 8 (4 couples). We enjoyed the tranquil outlook from the deck, the warmth of the fire pit at night and the luxury of the spa and sauna, we ran out of time to use the pool table. The bedrooms were a good size, loved that 3 of us had our own ensuite bathrooms, the 4th bathroom was located downstairs away from the bedrooms which still meant we didn't have to share bathrooms. Phoenix was equipped with all the mod cons, was in a good location, an easy 5-10 minute walk to cafes. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. Phoenix is a great house for a group of 8 whether that be friends or family. I would highly recommend this property.

#### Our stay was beautiful. The facilities were wonderful. Everything looked better than as advertised
Wonderful experience. Everyone loved the facility. The only downside was the abuse we got from the cleaner. She was very very rude and even used the “f” word right in our face. She spoiled everything. Before she came we had it all settled in our minds 100% that we were going to rebook the facility, but now I am not sure. If that kind of abuse is your goodbye to your customers, then it’s ugly. It spoiled everything big time.
