The space Walk through the front door into a welcoming open-concept space: the main living room features a large sectional sofa, 70” Samsung Smart TV, and connects seamlessly to the dining area with seating for 6\. The fully equipped kitchen includes 4 barstools, perfect for casual dining or gathering with friends. Just off the kitchen is a spacious main-floor bathroom with dual sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. The main floor also boasts a serene master suite with a king bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, a 43” Samsung Smart TV, and a private closet. Upstairs, to the left is the first bedroom, offering a queen bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser, and a 43” TCL Smart TV, along with a close. The second bedroom features another queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a 50” Samsung Smart TV, as well as a ceiling fan and closet. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet. The entertainment continues in the downstairs living area, perfect for extra guests or family movie nights. This lower level includes two sofa beds that sleep 4, two additional cozy chairs, a 54” Sony Smart TV, and a full-size fridge. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines: \- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times. \- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches. \- We allow up to 2 dogs less than 50 pounds with a Pet fee of $125. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days. If there are any issues with this space, please let us know upon arrival, otherwise we will consider it in great condition. Please Note: We are in a cove in Lizard Creek, it is a mile and a half long. If you want to go to main lake you go through a culvert which is 6 feet high (normal water depth) and 10 feet wide. Kayaks shown in the pictures are included and available. If you experience any issues, please notify us right away so we have the opportunity to resolve them promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed the firepit, grill, and nice open space! We did not need or use all the space but we definitely could have come with a much larger group and we all would have been comfortable. Inside of house is very roomy. Corn hole and horseshoes was available along with a hot tub.Pet friendly also. The boat deck was great, you could sunbathe on top and catch shade in the bottom. Enjoyed the little swimming area by the dock for the kids and wasn’t deep at all. Did lot of fishing and had a great time! Kayaked for the first time also! Loved the cove location. the floor plan, and appreciate the responsiveness of the host. We did run into cleanliness issues, such as food left in oven and excess trash left on driveway. The host had someone come over to remove the trash on the driveway and we took care of the food leftover in the oven. I would rent this place again and understand that things come up periodically with someone missing items. We found out our friends have rented the same home! Great house!!
