« The young receptionist is my star. With a promising forecast of Aurora on the evening of my arrival, I asked them for advice for the best spot to see it from. (Not that I had not seen Aurora before or specifically came for it to Brønnøysund/Sømna, but who gets ever tired of Aurora?) I expected an answer like “just from our terrace” (the hotel does have a nice terrace) but instead they offered 3 different spots, each with its pros and cons, and indicated them for me on Google Maps. I had my car...

« Séjour agréable dans cette région un peu perdue. Propriétaire arrangeant car il a accepté de déplacer notre réservation suite à mon erreur sur les dates. L'hotel mériterait une petite modernisation à l'extérieur mais on note des efforts à l'intérieur (ce qui est le plus important) : les lits sont confortables, tout est propre, les couloirs sont agrémentés de tableaux colorés. Endroit tranquille. Chambre avec 2 système d'occultation de la lumière ce que nous avons apprécié. »

« L'hôtel est situé dans une zone artisanale et le parking devant est envahi par des utilitaires, des campings cars et autres. Il y a de très gros trous. C'était difficile de se garer au bon endroit. A part ça, le personnel est très gentil, la nourriture est bonne et c'est relativement propre. Bon rapport qualité prix. »

« The room seems pretty recently renovated and was immaculate. Breakfast was tasty and had way more options than i expected. I was served freshly made eggs each morning and when i had an early start for a day trip and not enough time for breakfast, I was allowed take a sandwich. The staff was also super friendly and took great care of me. I will definitely come back :) »

« Vi hadde en fantastisk overnatting på Havkanten Gjestehus! Servicen var rett og slett super, og betjeningen var både hyggelig og imøtekommende. Fra vi ankom, følte vi oss godt tatt imot, og de la virkelig til rette for vårt opphold. En spesiell omtale må gå til måltidene; de laget en deilig, tilpasset dessert for oss med cøliaki, som var både kreativ og smakfull. Slike små detaljer gjør virkelig oppholdet ekstra spesielt. Atmosfæren var avslappende, og vi følte oss hjemme hele tiden. Vi...
