The vacation rental is ideally located for hiking in Saxon Switzerland and the Eastern Ore Mountains, biking along the Elbe Cycle Route, and sightseeing in Dresden. It is part of a two-family home with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The furnishings are new. The apartment features a balcony with seating and a small patio for barbecuing. There’s a children’s playground right next door. It’s a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn, and the grocery store is just around the corner.<br><br>Our vacation apartment was newly furnished in October 2021 and is designed to appeal especially to families. It is very spacious at over 70 square metres and offers plenty of room. Upon request, we offer a parking spot in the courtyard and space for bicycles in the basement. The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a sleeping area for two additional people.<br><br>Access to the ground-floor vacation rental is via a short flight of stairs in the shared stairwell.<br><br>All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, which provides pleasant warmth on cold days.
