### The Tree House at Boulder Run

Relax and unwind in this cozy home. Two master bedrooms, a loft over looking the living area with two twin beds (great for the kids), 2 bath house, right outside Heber Springs, with a short stroll across the road down to The Little Red River. Grill out on the expansive covered deck, watch a movie on the outdoor projector, get cozy in front of the fireplace, or just enjoy the scenery from the comfy outdoor couch. Perfect for family get-aways with an arcade table, board games, yard games, binoculars for bird watching, two kayak available for use, and access to a community dock on The Little Red River. The kitchen is fully equipped for full family meals or entertaining. The large living area with two beautiful Faux Trees incorporated into the structure of the home. Laundry room and two car garage. Sleeps six.  
In about 10 minutes, you can be in downtown Heber Springs with its quaint restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, resale shops, and movie theatre.
