"Everything was great but one of your bar staff has a serious attitude problem, sadly didn’t catch his name but he was very rude and blunt to both me and my partner for asking basic questions. He does not belong in a customer facing role if he thinks that his behaviour is at all acceptable."

The Queens Hotel
"Perfectly placed close to the train station and in the centre of town, the hotel was immaculate. Well furnished and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also of a very high standard. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone thinking of staying here."

"The apartment is great with a well appointed kitchen and enough space. The only downside is the bedroom blinds are not effective at keeping the light out - especially when there are bright streetlights outside. Recommendation to the hotel is to install some proper blackout curtains."
