I've got to say the thing I like most about the hotel is the customer service. Becca and Troy are so kind and friendly. They make your very welcoming. I've got to say though when Becca was cleaning the rooms it was a lot cleaner here. Honestly if it wasn't for them being here I probably wouldn't come. It is a very nostalgic place for me my mom used to live in the apartment above the office when I was about four or five. I'd hate to see something happen to this place. I mean it could use some updating but other than that it's still a great place to stay with great people.

I did not enjoy the fact that when I arrived at the front office, after having ALREADY PAID FOR MY ROOM, there was no one there. Instead a note saying "call me. Coming in two hours" was there to greet me. I called and reached who I can only assume was the owner and was informed that I was in luck, I would only have to wait an hour to get keys to my room that HAD BEEN PAID FOR, FOR THE PREVIOUS 4 HRS. To his credit the gentleman stated he would refund my money and allow me to have the room for free. Which he in fact did. The room was satisfactory, except the lack of any type of soap and the television being inoperable

Comforters were filthy we had to go buy our own. The housekeeper met us atvthe room to double for towels and beglected to provide toilet paper. No trash can was provided. VERY LIMITED parking STAY AT THE MOTEL 6 ACROSS THE STREET

The most awful place ive ever stayed in

This was terrible i do not recommend anyone goin to this place unkess you want dirty sheets dirty shower and roaches crawling everywhere includeing the fridge it was awful i stayed for 2 hours and left i couldnt take it anymore.the inly reason i even went to this hotel is cuz my power was off.amd these idiots wpukdnt give me a refund.im so mad about this and really want my dam money back.i also have pics and videos to post as well.it wont let me post my pics!!

Was not allowed to check in. They said I didn’t have a reservation and that they don’t take reservations with Travelocity just Expedia. I arrived very late after a long drive and check in person was sleeping on an office couch and wouldn’t look at my reservation on my phone just kept saying they didn’t have any rooms available and were completely booked. Luckily for me there was another hotel across the street that I was able to quickly check into.

I was refused service after making a same-day reservation through Expedia due to insect infestation after arriving at the motel. Expedia attempted but could not obtain an agreement for the proprietor to make a refund of the prepaid reservation. This makes for complete lack of untrustworthiness of this whole process. Avoid this property! And question whether you want to use Expedia. They work for proprietors, not consumers.

Do NOT go here. Friendly staff. Took 10 min to locate room, confusing layout. Orbitz photo did not match reality. Door #'s missing. Past 1 open room with a 1.5 feet of trash on floor (maybe an eviction). Seemed very 3rd world (& I've traveled). Staff said bldging under construction, but seems hadn't been maintained in YEARS. Should have checked rm before paying via Orbitz and checking in. Retured key, told staff I didn't feel safe, keep the $50. lesson learned.

Loved the teal doors everything else about the property should be shut down! Dead bugs in the floor and in the dresser drawers, burn holes in in the blankets in a non smoking room, ac on HEAT with filters that were an inch high with crap ( I have pictures) the shower head and bathroom faucet MOVED. No TV remote for the TV. The locks on the door were not secure and the staff member had to come to the room and ask if we had running water! I will NEVER book with this hotel again and hope that hotel inspector shuts it down ...a crack house would be in better shape and feel safer!!

Towels

When I arrived at 2:30 room was not ready. after I got in my room at3:00 TV did not work. I went to front office and was told service people needed to fix the service. Went to take a shower and had no towels in room. Went to office and was told that they would be brought to me. Had to go back after an hour and was told that they were bringing them to me. Luckily I had my own towels that I had to use because I never received said towels.
