We have a handy Welcome Book in the house full of dining options , things to do, local shopping opportunities, hiking and waterfalls and hiking trails. There are an abundance of wineries with live music events! Just a short 25 mile drive to the Bavarian based town of Helen for tubing or zip lining. There are several excellent boat rental places in the area! We use Lake Chatuge Marine, Young Harris Water Sports, Boundary Waters... The fellas will help you out! All kinds of water toys too like jet skis, stand up paddle boards and kayaks. Hike or drive to the apex of Bell Mountain, which overlooks Lake Chatuge below and provides picturesque mountain views. Shooting Creek Overlook is breathtaking. Visit Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia. Jackrabbit Mountain and Chatuge Dam. Both Towns County (Hiawassee GA) and Clay County (Hayesville NC) have super parks and beaches. There were eight golfing buddies (all ladies), and we traveled around the country to play golf a few times a year. We rented this place from Oct.24-26,2022 This beautiful cabin location has many activities nearby and a golf course nearby, so it was the perfect place for us. This cabin was huge, and it had lots of beds. I had never seen a rental house with many pots, pans, and utensils. It is a great place for gatherings with a large family or large group of friends. The host, ms.Priscilla, it was very easy to communicate with, and she went out of her way to accommodate us. Therefore, if there are more than five stars to give, I’ll surely give it. ##### Myong M. We had a really beautiful stay here - it was plenty big for our group of 10, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the view was absolutely incredible.
