This lovingly renovated 2-bedroom home sits on the water's edge overlooking beautiful Goshens Arm, a stunning ocean inlet. The home offers a true outport NL experience and proximity to the amenities and tourism attractions offered by nearby Twillingate. The Space: You'll enter the home a the rear of property, and will enter through the bright and open kitchen/dining area. The kitchen/dining area opens up to a large comfy living area with TV (equipped with a streaming device). Also on the main level there are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. There is a large deck out back overlooking the water and access to a shared wharf with a firepit and chairs Guest Access: Guests are welcome to park on the right hand side of the driveway, where 2+ cars can fit. The driveway is shared with the neighbouring rental unit, so they will occupy the left side of the driveway.
