Family-friendly vacation apartment close to the city and the river Hase.

Our vacation rental with a separate entrance is located on the upper floor and offers 120 square meters of living space spread over two stories in the Hasetal valley in Haselünne; it’s perfect for families with children of all ages.

A master bedroom with a crib, changing table, and rocking chair; a lovingly decorated children’s room with a bunk bed and a play area; and a studio for teens to sleep and relax. Of course, there’s free Wi-Fi and a parking spot right outside the door.

If you’ve brought bicycles with you, you can park them in the covered bike shed with electrical outlets, or you can rent e-bikes from the nearby bike shop.
The vacation rental is close to downtown yet enjoys a quiet and beautiful location by the river (Hase). From the covered rooftop terrace and sunroom, you’ll enjoy views of the tall trees lining the Hase River.

Within a radius of about 300 meters, there’s a wide range of recreational and sports activities available. A small pedestrian and bike bridge leads to the large playground complex, built in 2024, which features a climbing wall, a skate park, and great sports fields for soccer, volleyball, handball, basketball, and much more.

The indoor pool is just 300 m from the vacation rental, and the outdoor pool—renovated in 2025—is only 500 m away. The Linus Water Park in Lingen is a 25-minute drive away.
Fun and adventure for kids, rest and active relaxation for parents—you can have it all here. Unwind with a variety of activities, such as biking or canoeing/boating on the Hase River. Recharge your batteries and enjoy a relaxing vacation in the beautiful countryside with meadows, forests, and rivers.

The Hase Valley is the perfect starting point for exploring numerous attractions. With a well-developed network of bike paths, canoe trips on the Hase, horse-drawn carriage rides, and hikes through the juniper grove, you’ll find your well-deserved rest in our idyllic natural surroundings.

If the weather isn’t cooperating, the covered rooftop terrace is the perfect place to relax. A sunroom with a beautiful view of the trees and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. A wide variety of games is available to you, as well as a Wii with many games. In the attic (studio), you’ll find the popular foosball table, a reading nook, and plenty of DVDs and CDs. If you’d like to make music yourself, feel free to use the keyboard or the guitar.

To make sure your vacation begins the moment you walk through the front door, we’ve made the beds for you, hung up the hand towels and bath towels, and provided dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, and kitchen towels in the kitchen—all free of charge. The fully automatic coffee machine is ready and waiting for a welcome cup of coffee.
