Spacious, Private Cape Cod Cottage with Central Air

  • This Cape Cod cottage is spacious and well equipped, with a very large and private yard and deck. Central air through a new heat pump added in 2021.

    Beautiful, new, bright kitchen with blue quartz countertops and handmade starfish tiles. Plenty of counter space and storage, a joy to work in.

    Recent addition of large family/sunroom with two walls of sliding doors, allowing nature in. Very peaceful atmosphere to relax in after a great day at the wonderful local beaches, both ocean and lake.

    There is so much to entertain all tastes in the immediate area. Coastal Living Magazine chose Harwich Port as the #2 Happiest Seaside Town in the United States in their 2013 Summer Edition.
    Very close to bike path, few miles from beaches. Cape Cod baseball league games nearby. Grocery store andStarbucks approx. one mile away. Thriving downtown Harwich Port is picturesque and filled with stores and restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

The rental was very clean and comfortable. Just me and my Wife for our anniversary. Very well stocked kitchen with all the spices we could ask for. The bunkhouse was very cool, but we had plenty of room in the house. Nice selection of puzzles and games to keep you occupied. This was really helpful since we were here during a Nor'easter.

Fall family trip

The amenities at the property were great. We didn’t get much time to spend at the property because of all the sightseeing but the beds were incredibly comfortable and there was everything there that you could possibly need to make it feel like home. Viki was in communication with me from the moment we confirmed our reservation and was quick to respond to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Cape Cod Experience

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it for it's proximity to the top things to see and do on the Cape. The house is well equipped with everything one would need. It is nicely decorated and very cozy for short or long stays. The owners are great to deal with and very accomodating. Highly recomend.

A Little Slice of Heaven

My daughter and I go on a girl's vacation every year and this is the second year we stayed at this cottage. It has everything you need. We especially enjoy the large family room. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Viki is very kind and easy to work with. We just made reservations for our third year in a row!

Perfect stay for a family of 5

We really enjoyed the large kitchen and living room! If our kids were a bit older they would have enjoyed sleeping in the bunkhouse, but we had enough beds in the main house. Outdoor areas were great as well. Took full advantage of the well-stocked kitchen for cooking and beach chairs for outings. Thank you again!

Great Cape Cod Experience

This is the best-equipped cottage rental you will ever have. Full kitchen with modern appliances that don’t look like they belong in the Smithsonian, plenty of china and glassware, roomy enclosed sun room, bed linens and towels, everything you need. Country lane location not far from grocery and restaurants.

The perfect Thanksgiving getaway!

My mom, daughter and I decided to go to the Cape for Thanksgiving. This cottage was perfect! Bright and cheery and so tastefully decorated. It was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need, including cleaning supplies, tp, towels, etc. The owners even provided shower handles for my elderly mom, and also installed a railing on the back deck (steps). FYI, the beds are a bit high, but very comfortable. (My elderly mom was most comfortable in the twin bed as it was lower.) A grocery store is a 1/2 mile away and restaurants nearby. We had such a great time and would love to return! Thank you for making our getaway so easy and memorable!

Viki’s Spacious Cape Cod Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our Cape Cod vacation at Viki’s beautiful home. It has been updated and enlarged very nicely and yet still maintains its Cape cod feeling/decor and charm. Viki and family take great pride in their home and improvements and you can feel that. Vicky is amazing, the perfect host, so flexible and accommodating. She made us feel so welcomed, by the end of our stay, we felt her home was already our home away from home. And the location was perfect for us. Centrally located in Cape cod, you are under an hour drive to Provincetown and the northern bike trails but also under an hour to the bridge and Buzzards Bay rail trails and bikeways. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is right down the road, as is our favorite shopping centers, complete with regular grocery stores and a natural food market, as well as Barb’s bike shop for you biking enthusiasts. You also have walking trails all around you to experience Cape Cod’s natural beauty and Nickerson State Park is only about 30 minutes away, where we often like to swim in their ponds. And of course you have the bay and ocean also within a short drive, and great restaurant all around you! We couldn’t have asked for a better location or a better place to stay with a perfect host! We are a french family and we had a great stay in this cottage ! The property was clean, cozy and comfortable. There is a very nice sunroom where you can relax at the end of the day. It is a quiet location and it 's well located, short drive to ocean beaches, grocery store and local sites. Great place to explore Cape Cod from ! Nous sommes vraiment contents de notre séjour à Cape Cod ! La maison, située au calme et entourée d'une pinède, est très confortable et chaleureuse. En rentrant d'une journée de visites, se reposer dans la véranda est tout particulièrement agréable. Elle est bien située dans Cape Cod, non loin des plages et d'un supermarché. Tous les sites intéressants sont aisément accessibles. Nous y étions fin- avril et la "saison touristique" ne commence qu'en mai ce qui avait des inconvénients (pas de wifi dans la maison avant mai, des connections avec les îles moins régulières, une végétation qui commençait juste à se développer) et de grands avantages (nous avions les superbes sites du Cap et les meilleurs restaurants pour nous seuls, sans les problèmes de parking et d'embouteillages qui semblent être de règle en été). Il a fait vraiment beau. Notre fille a adoré voir des phoques, des baleines, observer des dauphins au large de la merveilleuse plage de Race Point, ou d'autres bêtes étranges qui, à cette période de l'année, peuplent sans être dérangées ce littoral encore préservé...

A Home Away From Home

This property is a cocoon of comfort unexpected in a rental. Numerous comfortable chairs, excellent lighting, newly renovated and well equipped modern kitchen designed for cooking, dining table for 6, outstanding location, and warm and extremely accessible host whose timely responses to all inquiries surpasses that of many hosts. Bonus features included games and beach supplies as well as deck with furniture and backyard grill. Though we did not use it, the bunkhouse is quite a charming addition to this property. Definitely recommend !

Great House and Location

With family on the Cape, I have been coming here for over 65 years. This place was perfect for my wife and I. Centralized location for the things we like to do and to visit family. The house had everything we needed, was nicely decorated and very comfortable as well as having everything we needed day to day. Will stay here again.

Centralized quiet location for Cape Cod

Viki was excellent to deal with throughout the stay - responsive and helpful. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to do quite a bit of cooking. If i come back to the area, I would more than likely stay at this property and will refer others to the property.

Quintessential Cape Cod Cottage!

I've been going to the Cape for over 20 years and this is the perfect Cape house. Excellent proximity to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trails (multiple access points). Very well stocked kitchen. My teenager fell in love with the bunk house, it's perfect additional space. The owner was extremely responsive. I will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family!

True essence of Cape Cod living.

This location is perfect for discovering the many aspects of the Cape. The proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail made our time here truly relaxing and beneficial to our states of mind and body. This cottage contained every comfort of home and more. We hope to return for another Cape Cod vacation.

Warm welcoming retreat!

From the moment we drove in the property was beyond our expectations. Furnished above and beyond normal rental. Immaculate, decor made you feel right at home. Every shower was outside, loved large shower head and detachable wand. Owner is always available to answer any questions . Highly recommend area and this home...you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful family friendly stay in Harwich Port!

We had a wonderful time at Viki's property. We were a family of four and our two children were absolutely enamored by the bunk house behind the main cottage! The main cottage is charming with lots of sunlight and several nooks to relax. The property was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. Communication leading up to our stay was excellent as well. Would definitely return and recommend this property!

Relaxing Cape Vacation

Lovely house. Sunporch a great addition!!! Viki and family were available for questions and info. It was great that sheets and towels were supplied. Less to bring. The house was well stocked with all the necessary and not so necessary items. Thank you. One suggestion I would make...get a few chairs for the yard (plastic adirondack?) would be great. This is a lovely, well-appointed home that is comfortable and secluded. A great spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Wifi also made it the perfect spot for remote work.

Beautiful experience on the Cape

We were here in February so there were some rainy days, but we loved staying at this house! It was in a great location to visit many different areas on the cape - big, well stocked kitchen for cooking meals and plenty of space to relax in the evenings. We had an issue with the shower during our stay, and Viki was prompt and had the issue resolved very quickly. Hopefully we'll be able to visit again!
