Our house is so comfortable, well appointed and has a peaceful coastal feel. The rooms are spacious and well designed without being overdone. Sitting in the sunroom or out by the beautiful pool is so pleasant. And of course swimming in the saltwater pool, amazing. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet and close to town, restaurants and the beach. Also enjoyable are the trails, ponds and wildlife in the easily accessible conservation area right across the street. We hope your stay at Safe Harbor is relaxing and fun!

There's so much to love about this home - where to begin? This newly updated and renovated Cape Cod home is nestled amongst the conservation land on a quiet cul-de-sac. Less than a mile to Main Street where restaurants offering all sorts of cuisine greet you and if you continue on Bank Street you will be on your way to beautiful Bank Street Beach which is a guest favorite for a large beach area and amazing sunsets!

Enter this stunning home through the side porch and right into the large kitchen with black granite countertops and a center island with gas cook top and plenty of room for additional seating for breakfast or a quick snack. This kitchen offers plenty of counterspace for the chef in your family to create a fantastic family meal. Life is all about choices and with this home you have plenty of options! You can choose to dine in the formal dining room or at the kitchen table. On a beautiful Cape Cod night, there is nothing better then enjoying a meal out on the deck by the pool.

From the open concept kitchen, the room flows into the kitchen table dining area and then into a large family room or den with two couches, two chairs, a flat screen TV and gas fireplace with bay windows looking out to the pool. This will be the gathering place for your favorite sports game or movie night.

There is a separate laundry room on the left and Bathroom #3 is a half bath in the hallway.

Back through the kitchen is the formal living room with floor to ceiling fieldstone fire place. This room is where plans are made or great stories are told. The formal dining room with table for 8 is just across the room.

Head out to the sunroom for your morning coffee. The sunroom overlooks the fully fenced backyard offering a wonderful oasis with two decks, a heated saltwater pool with child safe barrier, and ample patio space for relaxing or entertaining at the pool side bar., ample patio space for relaxing or entertaining at the pool side bar.

Bedroom #1 is on the main floor off the living room. Offers wood flooring with a Queen-size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet, ceiling fan.
Bathroom #1 is ensuite to Bedroom #1 and is full bath with shower.

Head upstairs to the find more bedrooms and living space. Enjoy carpeting throughout the second floor.

Bedroom #2 with two Twin beds, dresser and closet.
Bedroom #3 with a Queen-size bed, dresser and closet.

Sitting room with wicker style couch and two occasional chairs. ottoman and flat screen TV.
You walk through the sitting room to get to Bedroom #4 with two Twin beds, dresser and closet.
Bathroom #2 is in the hallway of the upper level and is full bath with a tub/shower combination.

Back to the amazing outside area! The 35 foot long, saltwater, heated pool is sure to be the focal point of the day and securely protected with safety fencing for your child's safety. With so many seating choices - you're sure to find one that fits your mood. Want some sun? - the poolside lounge chairs are perfect for working on your tan (remember the sunscreen!). Prefer shade? - then open the awning and hang out while you watch the family in the pool and can still feel the sun's warmth. Feel like some tropical drinks? - the outdoor bar will be your spot as you whip up delicious drinks that cool you down as you soak up the rays. The gas grill will be your go-to for casual meals - who doesn't love a summer cookout!? And finally. the outdoor shower - a must for Cape Cod visitors!
