Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Smart TV, Woodburner Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. . Back garden with patio and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 8 steps down to the garden from the patio. The garden is surrounded by stone walls, one of which has fencing above it.. Ryseholme is perfectly set in the delightful little village of Summerbridge, tucked away outside the picturesque town of Pateley Bridge. This detached cottage is simply stunning and is everything you would want from a self-catering holiday home. Ryseholme has recently been through a full renovation with no expense spared by the owners, and visitors are assured of perfection throughout. This property offers both friends and families a luxury holiday retreat whilst being ideally located to explore all that the Nidderdale and Yorkshire Dales National Parks have to offer. Entrance is gained into the hallway with the open plan living area straight ahead, complete with a stunning wood burner adding extra charm and additional heat, a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV giving a great place to snuggle up in front of the fire on those colder evenings with a glass or two of red wine. In addition, there is a dining table and chairs in the living area, which is great for socialising or playing a board game with the family. On the same floor is the designer kitchen, which features all the usual mod cons (including a Nespresso Vertuo Pop coffee machine) and is fully equipped for all your culinary needs should you wish to eat in. All three bedrooms have fresh bed linen, guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep, meaning you are fully energised for the next day’s adventure. In addition, one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. There are bathrooms on both floors with a shower cubicle or shower over bath, and heated towel rails should you wish to have a long soak after a day exploring. The stunning bi-fold doors in the living area lead to a wonderful patio with amazing views, and it is a great place for having a glass of fizz al fresco style in the summer months or taking in the morning air with a coffee. There is so much to see and do in Nidderdale. For cyclists, the Pateley Bridge to Masham route and the challenging Cote de Lofthouse climb are nearby. For walkers, the Nidderdale Way passes through Summerbridge with many more walks nearby. With the cottage being located just outside of Pateley Bridge, you have instant access to shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. Both the cathedral city of Ripon and the stylish spa town of Harrogate are 25-minute drives, and Masham is 14 miles away. Nearby National Trust attractions include the magnificent Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal near Ripon, and Brimham Rocks, which is only a 5-minute drive away. There is a convenience store at the bottom of the road and a post office/petrol station, which also sells household goods further along the road. The pub in Dacre Banks is a 15-minute walk.
