Hotel was nice, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. To prevent a momentary panic, be aware that if booking through Expedia, the hotel will send an online check in you can complete. It will imply that the stay has not been paid for. I was assured after speaking with a receptionist that it was, but still had me worried for a moment.

Definately not living up to a Plaza Hotel. From Day one not Happy. TV not working. Minibar empty and not connected. Notified that cleaning is only performed every second day. That might be great for the Environment, but not to my expectations. Cleaning itself was performed at the absolut minimum. Many times the room was never really cleaned only the bed made the garbage emptied and the towels exchanged. The view out of the window shows balconies that are definately raise a concern of safety. No Service past 11:00 PM - Had to go through the back door and was feeling unsafe. The Vending Machine never worked.Than no shuttle to the airport. All together never again.

La habitación estaba limpia, el personal fue cortés, pero no es amable, el desayuno estuvo muy bien y es conveniente pagar el buffet porque es más barato y solo cuesta 17 euros, el aire acondicionado en la habitación no servía, además nos pusieron cortinas, solo teníamos una cortina súper transparente y nunca pudimos cambiarnos en la habitación, tuvimos que cambiarnos en el baño.
