This hotel was clean, comfy and reasonably priced. Everything worked out well virtually checking in and was perfect for our one night stay. Parking was a little nerve racking since there was no parking on the premise but the street parking worked out well reading the street signs and moving the car when necessary.

The room was fine. I encountered no staff. The check-in, check-out was entirely mobile which would be great if there were no errors. Our door code repeatedly failed until randomly it didn't. There were no staff to help us either. Additionally, the walls are very thin so we heard many conversations that kept us up all night.

I had a great stay. I was bracing myself for loud noise throughout the night based off the reviews . For the affordability , i was willing to sacrifice a quiet stay. My son and I were looking for a clean, comfortable spot for one night. This establishment was just that. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. We didn’t need anything else.

Property was new and excellently maintained. Confusing check-in for less computer savvy seniors. No parking a big bummer. Excellent downtown location. We would recommend with these considerations.

Spent a night here for my girlfriends birthday and it was just what the Dr ordered. The room was cozy with a humongous bathroom, GREAT SHOWER PRESSURE,plenty of windows,oh and we had a few cool options on nearby places to eat. Definitely coming back in the summer.

At almost $400 a night this was way overpriced! It is above a tavern. There is no staff and no amenities. The bathroom was actually tiny and the faucet was broken as was the safe in the room. And the only way to control the air conditioner in the room was to close the vent in the ceiling by climbing on the bed. Overall not a place I would ever return to.

This is not a hotel. The room is clean, but it is extremely noisy. Room 1 is located directly above a billiard bar, making it very difficult to rest. There is no reception and no parking available. Overall, there is a lot of noise and the experience was disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay at Hampton Bays Hotel on Main. From the moment I arrived, the owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. While it was a bit compact, it was comfortable and worked well for my stay. I originally booked the room for one person, but an old friend decided to join me so we could attend the Derby event during the weekend of July 18. Although the event was unfortunately canceled due to the weather, we still had a fantastic time exploring the area. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, just a short drive away. Best of all, the beach is only about a five-minute drive from the hotel, making the location ideal. They also have a bar/pub located downstairs that stays open until about 3 AM. I only stopped in briefly, but my friend spent a couple of hours there and said she really enjoyed it. I had absolutely no complaints during my stay. Everything was clean, convenient, and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hampton Bays Hotel on Main to anyone visiting the area.

Submitted the date I wanted to stay. However, when I saw my confirmation it was the wrong date. I immediately contacted Expedia to try to correct this. Their AI said I could not cancel they would try to correct the date. Then after a long wait time they replied there was a no cancel policy at the hotel. Next I tried to contact the hotel by both email and phone and could not get through. I am extremely dissatisfied both with the hotel and with Expedia. This was very expensive!!!!!
