The Villa is absolutely beautiful, neat and tidy. The rooms are large, airy and well appointed. We loved the pool area with a fantastic view over the bay and of the islands. The bikes were a huge bonus, they made getting around so easy! Breakfast was excellent, we had a choice of fresh made meals everyday. And to top if off the staff were so lovely and helpful. I booked and PAYED the day before. When I arrived in the middle of the night there was a private party with Korean people eating, drinking and smoking at the lobby. They told me to go away and that the hotel was closed and booked only for them. No one at the reception to help. NO ONE WAS THERE. I had to leave after few minutes and book a last minute hotel to get a bed. Luckily the taxi driver wa sound enough to help me. After 24h no one replied my messages. We left after 3 hours. This place did not live up to the expectations we had based on the hotel description, at all! The atmosphere was dull and the vibe negligent and simply put - missing. When we questioned the missing facilities the excuse continued to be that there were a newly opened place. But why open a place when they are clearly not ready? The “restaurant” was non existent, what was there looked more like a canteen, and the smallest of it’s sort. Also, the room service took 1.5 hours and was cold and clearly not homemade, when it finally arrived. We’ve also added pictures of our “city view”. Ms. Kim and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and generous! The hotel is beautiful with clean rooms, nice size balconies with views of the sea.
